Aloha House Rates
We have a high season rates and low season rates:
Sept. 15 - Dec. 15 and April 15 - May 31 the rates are $250/night; Dec. 16 - April 14 and June 1 - Sept. 14 the rates are $300/night. Rates do not include tax, security deposit and cleaning fees. The low season prices are under market rates, especially for a beautiful new home that sleeps eight people in an awesome location!

Reservation Procedure:


  1. Either fill out the reservation request form, or email us, or call 707-889-1105 (California).
  2. We will email you any answers to your questions and confirm the dates that you have requested are still available.
  3. You will let us know that you are ready to book the reservation.
  4. We will mail you a confirmation letter. This will give you the total amount due, cleaning fee ($200), taxes, our mailing address for the deposit check ($600), policies, etc. The deposit is due in 14 days. The balance is due two months prior to your stay. When we receive the balance, we will email you the directions to the house, key information, etc.
