We have been staying at Beth’s house for years. It’s incredibly comfortable, steps from the beach, and has everything you need. The lanai is the best feature and we love that the whole family can gather there.

We had a wonderful and peaceful time. Beth’s home is better in person than the listing. Everything is clean and you can tell she put time and thought into making the property a place where you want to stay. The location is AMAZING. You can walk to kayaking, snorkeling, sunset, a fruit stand in the morning to get banana bread. Spend the evening on the deck listening to the waves and the frogs. The neighborhood does not feel touristy and everyone was very friendly. I would love to stay there again.

We loved this space and location. 1-2 minute walk to the ocean which had fun & snorkeling (turtles, dolphins and rays!) and an even closer walk to the kayak rental spot. This made early AM snorkeling so, so easy. There are cute chairs at the ocean to watch the sunset, and you can hear the waves from the lanai, even the sky for sunrises were epic!! One of my favorite things was sitting on the lanai & listening to the frogs at night. We also loved how the doors opened up so that the lanai was a part of the house. The provided snorkeling gear came in handy, and my sandals were giving me blisters so it was a blessing they had some spare keens to borrow as well! We loved our stay and will come back if staying in this area again!

We had such a wonderful stay at Aloha House! It was absolutely perfect for two couples, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together. The big open doors were one of our favorite features — they let in the most amazing ocean breezes and created that true indoor-outdoor island feeling we love. The location couldn’t be better. It’s so close to Manini Beach, and we especially enjoyed walking out to the nearby point for sunset each evening. Being able to stroll down so easily made our stay feel effortless and connected to the natural beauty of the area. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to prepare our meals comfortably. We also appreciated having both indoor and outdoor seating options — it made dining together flexible and enjoyable at any time of day. The home really captures that authentic Hawai‘i small village feel. At night, the darkness of the sky was incredible — perfect for stargazing — and falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves nearby was such a treat. Aloha House was truly perfect for our needs, and we would absolutely love to stay again!

Our family celebrated a 75th birthday at the house and were very happy with everything! Loved walking down to Manini Beach for snorkeling or just to take in the view!Or walking to the nearby fruit stand for the delicious, fresh locally grown fruit. An absolutely magical vacation! Loved the tree frogs, birds, and wonder of the place! The house was perfect! Thank you!

I’m a little mystified as to why this rental is called “Amazing Views etc.”here, when it’s been Aloha House every time we’ve stayed, and we’ve stayed several times… Copyright issue perhaps? Delightful house, well-positioned so long as you don’t want nearby shops (ChoiceMart is at the top of the hill, a 15 min drive once you learn the road), and in a relatively quiet area - though you are somewhat at the mercy of the other two nearby rentals’ occupants. Great for two couples +/- up to two kids, a real home from home; recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this place. We really enjoyed the spacious lanai - playing, kids running around, and watching TV on the outdoor sofa. Walking distance to Manini beach for snorkeling. Appreciated all the beach amenities such as life vests, chairs, boogie boards, and the convenient outdoor shower to clean off sand after coming back. A great base to visit both northern beaches and southern places like South Point and Punaluʻu Beach.

We had an amazing stay at this location, my family really had a beautiful vacation. Beth was really helpful before, during and after our stay. The home is a wonderful place for families and it’s located in a unique place of the island. Walking distance to the water and one of the best locations to snorkel in the island. If you want an amazing stay in a private location surrounded by nature, this is the place for you. I highly recommend this place to anyone and I will be definitely coming back one day.

Beth and her sister Wendy were fantastic hosts. The Aloha House was just as described and provided our group with a comfortable home base to recharge, and take small outings to nearby adventures. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at the Aloha house! The house is an authentic Hawaiian house (a tropical house that makes you feel part of the surrounding beautiful nature, enjoying the sound of the ocean and the kohee frogs), well maintained, and very clean. The decor is lovely and soothing. It has almost everything you'd need. If you're looking to experience the "real" Hawaii, away from the tourist teaming, groomed resorts of the Waikoloa region, then this location is terrific - the house bathes in beautiful tropical nature, situated only 2-3 minutes walk from the Manini beach, or 8 minutes from the Honaunau bay (The absolute best place for snorkeling, with dolphins and sea turtles abound). Beth and Wendy are very responsive and helpful (though, honestly, there was next to nothing to help with, since everything is explained on little signs dispersed throughout the house). Aloha!
