When you find arrival and departure dates that you would like to book, please contact us by phone, email or by simply using the reservation form to the left. Thanks!


Reservation Procedure:


  1. Either fill out the reservation request form, or email us, or call 707-889-1105 (California).
  2. We will email you answers to your questions and confirm the dates that you have requested are still available.
  3. You will let us know that you are ready to book the reservation.
  4. We will mail you a confirmation letter. This will give you the total amount due, cleaning fee, taxes, our mailing address for the down payment, policies, etc. You will then mail us a check for 50% of the total due. This is due upon receipt of your confirmation letter. The balance is due three months prior to your check-in date. When we receive the balance, we will email you the directions to the house, key information, etc.
